The Inquiry Method™ Coaching Training Program

The Inquiry Method™ Coaching Training Program provides training in The Inquiry Method™.  This is the skill I use and have developed for all of my work.  If you want to learn to do what I do this is it!

The Inquiry Method™ is the practice of engaging in life from a spirit of curiosity.  Most of our interactions with others are driven by agendas, opinions, and imprinted responses.  Inquiry breaks us out of these patterned behaviors and changes the nature of problem solving and resolution through the power of sanctuary and through the development of an ability to set aside ego and ask powerful questions that help people look more deeply into situations, relationships, or problems.

I am looking for motivated, engaged, loving, excited people who want to learn The Inquiry Method™ as a skill and life practice.  The primary focus of this group will be to experience and share encouragement, energy, support, kindness, and love, while learning a powerful skill, in an environment of trust, sanctuary and truth.  

By learning this skill of Inquiry you open up new abilities you have probably rarely exercised.  Some people will do this program because they want to help others while others will want to bring the skill to their self, businesses or families.

In this program you will:

• Learn to create and amplify sanctuary.
• Drop the pattern of advice driven support.
• Assist people in finding their own truth and resolution.
• Learn to trust the flow of curiosity in working with others.
• Break out of the trap of entanglement with others in your life.
• Learn the skills and perspective that make Garden Company Coaches so effective.

In this program you will receive direct training from Kyle, you will coach and be coached to develop your skills and have opportunities to practice your coaching with other class participants and with Garden Company workshop participants.

If you have ever felt like you could improve your skills in working with people and wanted to develop your self-confidence and belief in you own abilities, this program is for you.  This program will be limited to a small group of practiced Garden Company alumni who are committed to their own growth and the quality of the group experience.

The 2012 The Inquiry Method™ Coaching Training Program begins with the first group call Febuary 20th.  

The program consists of:

• 2 focused, monthly phone trainings.
• Three 2 day programs in Ashland.  The dates of these programs will be arrived at so that they work for all participants
• Invitations to The Mountain Experience as a coach.
• Ongoing curriculum, homework, assignments, and opportunities to be coached and to coach.

• The price of the program $5700. You will be responsible for your own costs at events.
