Mastery is a process. What does it feel like to master something? Imagine having the essence of The Garden Company Philosophy as second nature.

The Garden Company Mastery Program is designed to deepen and integrate Garden Company philosophy, skills, and tools. You have begun your transformation and evolution. Mastery will take you from a novice through your own personal hero’s journey. You will embody and integrate what you began at the Mountain Experience.

Becoming a Master is a commitment to yourself, an opportunity to step through the limitations you unconsciously hold for yourself.

A Master instinctively applies what they know. A Master of Garden Company skills is solid in their innate sense of worth, they feel self-esteem because they are proud of the work they have done. A Master is able to communicate with ease and clarity; they are abundant and generous and take great care of themselves.

A Master goes deep into each skill and awareness, a Master supports others to transform. You will learn to support others as they become Masters; Masters are able to bring their skills to others in their life. You can be the source for your family and others around you as you embody sanctuary and transformation. Relationships get easier as you change; a Master gracefully transforms difficult relationships.

Imagine doing the Mountain Experience with a small group of committed people. How deep could you go? You will experience a deep sense of community to your life. Sanctuary will always be there for you.

What is the MASTERY process?

Life Assessment Process
This is the first step in identifying and becoming aware of the changes and goals you wish to see in your future. This written life assessment is followed by a series of calls: First Call: 1 hour call to set up assessment Second Call: 1/2 hour to review assessment Third Call: 1/2 hour to continue review and manifest intention Fourth Call: 1/2 hour with Cyndi to work on your call to action

Monthly Emergence Call
Kyle will lead an hour and a half call for all Emergence participants. This call will introduce new units, challenging exercises and monitor your progress. For example: we will work toward "Living with a consciousness focused in the present." Easy to understand, easy to desire but incredibly challenging to do because any fear will cast me into the future and any guilt, shame, or regret will send me into the past. This challenge and more await you.

Coaching Process
The core of the program revolves around a regular coaching process: You will have 2 or 3 thirty minute individual coaching calls with Kyle every month. Kyle will assist you in aligning your life with your current intention and in support of your greater purpose. Also, during these calls we will address any issues that present challenges for our continuing developmental and transformational growth.

New Member Initiation Process
The purpose of the Initiation Process is to jump-start your Mastery Program! We will come together in community to evaluate the life assessment, review subjects from the past year and start to craft your vision for the next year. Through engagement in the Mastery Program, you will be working on the edge of your development; expanding your perspective, challenging your potential, and rediscovering your own personal best. Kyle is committed to bringing you an experiential and developmental model emerging from the forefront of self actualization through personal growth. This process is engaging and exciting. So, start thinking about what you want to create, what you would like to attract, and the experiences you would like to have… and then hold on… it’s on its way!

Mastery Experiences

These gatherings serve as a way for us to re-experience our process on a deep level as well as deepen our sense of community. We will be revisiting the most fundamental roots to the most advanced roots of the Garden Company Philosophy.

Mastery Mountain Renew the fundamentals of sanctuary and letting go of pain at a deeper, broader level. Recognize any repeated self-destructive patterns that re-occur, continue deepening the roots of reducing stress and acceptance of self. Recognize coping mechanisms, triggers and continue to expand and amplify your energy and creativity. Master you emotional awareness!

Mastery Freedom Master Self-Identity and relaxing into a new, deeper sense of self. You will continue to understand and quiet those critical voices in your head that feed feelings of worry and stress. You will learn that those harsh judgments of yourself or others become ongoing tools for your continued awareness and development. Master your Identity awareness!

Mastery Soaring This advanced experience is an intensive event with a focus on Independence and the Steps to Self Nurturing. You will be able to develop and master the awareness of what it means to emotionally and physically nurture yourself. Summer in Sandpoint with our Music Festival!

Mastery I-Essence Connect with your meaning and purpose for life. Step out; bring your gifts to the world and yourself. A Master steps across the I/We barrier.

In addition, participants receive……

• Monthly Small Group Calls There will be monthly group drop-in calls where we will share, connect and monitor each others progress. Monthly assignments will develop and expand insights to heighten your self awareness and renew the foundational concepts of the Garden Company Philosophy.

• Couples Calls If you and your spouse are in The Mastery Program together you will receive couples call in addition to your program.

• Concierge: Personalized, Individualized Attention and Service Assisting in the coaching process will be a concierge who will keep records and track your progress throughout the year. This process ensures continual growth through goal assessment and accountability. The Concierge will follow up after coaching calls, assisting in research around your requests, and will assist in call scheduling.

Space is limited to 24 participants during the year. We are looking for MASTERY Program participants dedicated to their own personal development and to the support of other group members.
Cost of the Mastery Program is $1,500 a month with a $4,500 deposit to enroll and a commitment of one year. We ask for a 90 day notice to discontinue the program.
