Our Philosophy

The Garden Company bases its process of self-discovery on a philosophy that incorporates these core values:

Freedom: Having the capacity to always give myself a choice and the ability to make changes.

Independence: To connect deeply with others without looking to the relationship for approval, validation or something in return. This is how I relate both personally and professionally, without giving myself away or controlling others.

Self-Integrity: Knowing what is true for me and honoring that in how I live my life. What I think, feel, say and do are all in alignment.

Safety: To be accepting of self and others, without judgment or criticism, creating close relationships through emotional safety.

Truth: Living with a respect of fundamental truths, such as: I cannot change another person. The only person I can change is myself.
